Barry-Wehmiller International Resources ranked No. 13 in the top 15 Exciting Emerging Companies to Work For in India, according to a survey conducted on behalf of the NASSCOM, an IT industry association in India. An independent consultancy firm conducted a survey of information technology/business process outsourcing companies looking for five distinguishing factors that earned each firm a spot on the list: a sophisticated approach to training and development, individualized career growth opportunities, constant and effective communication, clear documentation of processes and policies, and positive employee satisfaction surveys.
